Your application and its database run on infrastructure we operate, looked after by the people who can change it.
Automated on-site and encrypted off-site backups
Backups run on a schedule, with encrypted copies kept off-site, and we prove them by restoring them.

Automated checks watch the service and alert us when something stops looking healthy.

Updates follow the same tested steps every time, so a release is routine rather than a gamble.

How we operate

SecureDDS runs in production on infrastructure we operate. These are the habits behind it.

No exposed app ports

Applications listen on loopback only. Public traffic reaches them through an outbound-only encrypted tunnel.
Backups we actually restore

Encrypted off-site backups run daily. Every week the full repository is read back and restored into an isolated database.
Gated releases

Releases are built on a dedicated server from a checksummed source archive, then clear automated tests and a load gate, with a verified backup taken first.
A watchdog on the backups

A separate host checks backup health every five minutes and alerts us after two failures in a row.
